CleanFi's Affiliate Program
CleanFi Affiliates are the heart of the CleanFi network. They provide their clients and prospects with their own branded portal to our instant project financing tool. CleanFi Affiliates use their portal as a supplemental service to whatever support they already offer via their native activities, non-competitive with CleanFi.
The Affiliate Portal is co-branded, primarily displaying the logo and colors of the presenting affiliate. It offers all of the features of CleanFi.com.

- listed on the CleanFi website
- a share of the CleanFi pre-underwriting fees for any funded project originated on their portal.
- credit for funded projects from contractors who registered on their portal but originated a project on another affiliate’s portal or on CleanFi directly. (Term: one year from registration)
- ability to customize the funding products that their portal users get quoted from
- automatic Market Maker status, which provides compensation for the introduction of new funders onboarded into CleanFi, and for the introduction of new Affiliates (See Market Maker for details)
- a Site Dashboard that provides daily updates of all project onboarded, status changes of those projects, and ability to chart portal activity.
You qualify to become a CleanFi affiliate if:
- you offer a non-competing value-added service to any part of the contractor, project developer, commercial building owner and property manager universe;
- you are not a project developer or contractor, and will not be directly involved in any of the projects that are onboarded to your portal except in the context of the services you provide;
- you are willing and technically able to provide access to your CleanFi portal's entry point from your own website;
- you expect (though are not required) to be able to generate a minimum of $2MM of commercial project volume application in your first year
- you agree that you will not charge or impose any supplemental fees for users to be able to use your portal.
Becoming an affiliate involves:
- Agreeing to the terms of our license
- Quickly setting up your portal for appropriate presentation. It is critical to CleanFithat all affiliate portals look professional using the tools we have put in your hands. No technical knowledge necessary.
- Placing the entry field for project input in a contextually obvious place in your website, and informing your constituents of its existence via newsletters, inclusion in email signature, webinars, etc.
- Agreeing to being on Affiliate Network calls for updates and “train the trainer” sessions.
